上海自仪泰雷兹交通自动化系统有限公司（TST），由上海电气（集团）总公司、上海自动化仪表股份有限公司和法国泰雷兹集团共同投资组建而成，提供包括信号系统和监控系统在内的轨道交通机电集成解决方案。
TST合并了上海自仪与泰雷兹上海公司在轨道交通信号领域的所有技术、人力与管理资源，具备整个CBTC系统从供货、调试开通、售后服务到大型项目实施、项目总承包和项目集成技术总负责的能力和经验，是泰雷兹集团在中国大陆地区建造和销售SelTrac无线CBTC系统的唯一排它商务渠道和技术提供方。

伴随中国城市交通的飞速发展，SelTrac已为上海轨道交通6号线、7号线及延伸段、8号线及延伸段、9号线一期二期三期、11号线一期二期及延伸线，北京地铁4号线和大兴线，广州地铁3号线及延伸线和武汉轻轨1号线一期二期等十几条线路提供了最先进的CBTC信号系统，总长度超过350公里，每天为几百万乘客服务。

Thales Saic Transport (TST) is a joint venture established by Shanghai Electrical Group Co. Ltd., Shanghai Automation Instrumentation Co., Ltd. and Thales International SAS, providing integrated solutions including rail signaling solution and supervision system solution. TST is having from Thales Group the exclusive Transfer of Technology of SelTrac CBTC, the most advanced signaling solution worldwide. And now TST is the only company owning the full signaling system transfer of technology in China mainland.

TST is combining all technologies, human resources and management resources from previous SAIC and Thales Shanghai Branch. TST is capable of equipment provision, testing and commissioning, after-sale service and large project execution, project integration and technical responsible for the whole CBTC system. Nowadays, TST exclusively provides this mature, safe, advanced and reliable signaling system to China’s rail transportation.
